1. Feeding Unit
This machine adopts paperboard bottom-taking-out belt (made in Taiwan). It can feed paperboard without stopping the machine. The discontinuous transmission belt adopts frequency conversion control as per different length of the paperboard. The transmission belts installed with gear and rack device, the position of belts can be adjusted.
2. Positioning Adjustment Unit (feature 1)
Adopt duo-chain gripper positioning structure, each chain can be adjusted as per different carton product. The adjustment of duo-chain adopt rectify device (made in Japan), the position between the film and paperboard can be adjusted without stopping the window patching machine. The magic eye can control the gluing system in case of break feeding.
3. Gluing Unit (feature 2)
The glue transfer system adopts a couple of high rigidity tube roller. The rack of the rollers adopt eccentricity device, so as to control the thickness of gluing. The glue transfer adopts flexo plate, the plate pattern is designed as different products. The flexo plate roller installed gauge, it is accurate, convenient, and fast to install the flexo plate. The position of gluing adopts rectify device to adjust gluing place without stopping the machine.
4. Film Patching Unit (feature 3)
Adopt stepless speed adjust device, the length of film can be adjusted without stopping the machine. The film is cut by cylinder knife. The sawtooth line is creased automatically, and the placket, especially for tissue, is cut automatically. The film is transfer to the carton by sucker cylinder. The film position can be adjusted without stopping the machine.
5. Delivery Unit
The delivery adopts belt transmission and stack type, it is trim and convenient.
